Sir Clive Sinclair's A-Bike?

Sorry if this has been posted before but searching for "a bike" on here brings a lot of results;)

I was watching an episode of "Badger or Bust" on Sky about a company trying to sell Sir Clive Sinclair's latest invention the foldable A-Bike.

It actually looks OK for a foldable bike for œ150. I just wonder if anyone here has dared to be seen using one.

id get one, but id prefer it with gears.

they're fine on smooth tarmac or paving slabs, but any hint of a bump and you're off. not very comfy to ride, and, you'll look like right marra riding one.

you may as well buy a mini scooter thing - equally as fashionable.

just remember how successful the C5 was before you splash the cash!

they sell them at currys digital, wouldn't fancy one of them on my 8 mile each way commute lol

I agree. It's not something you'd want to ride more than a couple of hundred metres on.

I saw one for real for first time yesterday. I ride through a small part of central London each morning which is scary enough on my stout Dahon foldie. But to ride on one of those with Psychotic bus and taxi drivers wizzing past you? I'd rather do a Brian Harvey and run myself over with my own car and get it over with!

But then again, horses for courses. I can only say it wouldn't suit my needs at all.
