What is OE? Ref: Wiggle
Looking at some Xtr stuff on Wiggle and wondered apart from the price difference what is the difference.

Original Equipment. Generally comes unpackaged and without instructions as it was bought for a bike build, not for after market sale

yeah, it has been taken off a bike or it was for a specific bike, and it may differ from the aftermarket product. might not come in a nice box and "might" not have a warrenty...

Not an official maunfacturers warranty, but the shop will still guarantee it for a year. It means that the shop cannot send them back to RS if the fail. So they must refund or replace them.

I don't think it makes any difference TBH. Wiggle must honour their sales contract with you.
