I've had several pairs of Spesh gloves, and found them comfy from the start. I'd be surprised if a noticeable discomfort would be something to go away after perseverence, so I reckon something's definitely wrong.

Before you get rid of the gloves, though, a quick question. Have you worn other gloves (or gone without gloves altogether) and been comfortable in your current riding position? I'm just trying to avoid you getting another pair of gloves and finding the same problem.

    hi there

i am new to this forum but was brousing through etc..

i did have some of these gloves and had exactly the same problem. i persevered with them but no improvement. i switched to some cannondale xc gloves (from chainreaction) and find them much better because the impact is evenly spread over my hand.
also i have recently started using raceface good/evil grips which i have found to be great and not too pricey.

    regards

cheers i think i will get rid of these gloves,i tried with no gloves and had no probs so definately the gloves at fault
  • If they are hurting straight away i would try some other brand. I have some Specialized BG Classics and from the off they were fine so assume gloves either work from the off or not.

My spesh gloves, where the gel pad on the palm is in one big lump, hurt.
Whereas my other spesh gloves with 'ridged' gel pads are a miracle! Only thing is, they are twice the price.
