New Light, new gel seat .. help.

Hello

I need to buy a front light, I dont want any reason for some body to go "head on into me at 40mph", call me crazy but Id like a decent light facing forwards at night [:D]

Please can some one who knows their moutain bike kit recommend a light from this list, if there is another model at another shop go ahead.

Bugget under œ30 please, it would be most amusing to purchase a 10watt hid front light but Im not a lighthouse on the go so Ill stick with LED.

My seat was bought for lightness and it should really be changed out because one of the bars has snapped and I have patched it by using the joining section of the seat pole across the break.

Plus my arse is hurting it needs gel on it.[:D]

Which gell seat should I buy, hard question but Id like it to be light but nice and soft for riding. Im looking at some thing like this,

Whats decent light gel seat, any double layered gel seats for mtb?
