Anyone up for sommat next week? Wouldn't mind a ride 'round Delamere or Rivi pike again.... or even somewhere else[:)] Was actually thinking of going further on the Rivi pike ride and going to the mast as Big P mentioned last time out......

Would be up for the Pike again, only day I'm unable to make is Wednesday, otherwise can be there from 16:30 onwards.

Hi peeps! hows you all doin? back from Rhodes didn't do much MTB'ing but what i did do was really rough, wasn't really a trail, just un-chartered hills and mountains really steep long hot climbs and the bikes didn't have lock out! but next time i'll take my own bike! so whats been going on round here then?

Went out with Matt (Serx72) last weekend to Penmachno. A great ride was enjoyed, and literally just got back from CYB and the Tarw trail (just off to have a shower, bit smelly at the mo'!). Pins and Needles, Flightpath and R72 are all fantastic bits of singletrack to finish on. Followed by large Cappucino's and Meatballs in tomato sauce with Parmesan on a ciabatta -LOVELY!!!!!!
We had a ride round Rivi pike as you know, its good up there, the view over the Cheshire plain is astounding!!! Some of the trail was a bit too much for me, but the rest of the loons enjoyed the drop offs from the top! I think an afternoon off and a ride upto the masts on Winter Hill is in order, but defo need a nice day for that one.
I'm off to Penmachno again on Wednesday afternoon with Ste and ****o from work, dont know if anyone else can make it? On the car park at 2pm (ish)

May do CYB this Saturday ,never been before so any tips on which Trail to do ? ,also does it get really busy on Saturdays ?

Matt, I would think CYB will be VERY busy at weekends. I imagine that most would be off on the Beast....?
