I have rung the shop up and explained my disapointment. So they offered me a giant reign 07/08 frame for œ699 [:o] i thought this is a steal am i correct? as it should be œ899 [:D]

It's a six inch travel bike. I'm sure it will cope with a trip along the canal tow-path and back; but for anything rougher you'll want more travel. [;)] What on earth are you planning to use it for?

I could do the full downhill at Hamsterley without a problem. If anything it gave me to much confidence as they are so forgiving.

Beaut thats all i needed to know. As long as you can ride it in hamsterly DH and some rough AM stuff. I think i will go order it when my dad gets back [:D]. Keep sending to good things about it so i don't change my mind [:p]

Yep...well on the old Reign. Because everything was white he had no idea how fast he was going and ended up over shooting the jump by about 40ft and had a nasty landing wrecking the front wheel[B)] He walked away fine as did the frame [8D] there are some pics out there on the web of the aftermath.
