2 Month Service

Hi
Bought my Trek 6000 2 months ago now and have just contacted my LBS to get it in for its free service. I thought it would be a relatively quick ordeal but they have told me that if I hand it in this Saturday I can get it back in a weeks time! Given the shop being busy etc, is this the normal length of time it should be in? Just seems awfully long to me?!?
Thanks

It does seem a little long, but if they really are that busy then...

if they are busy they are busy, but can't help feel they are trying to put you off... I'd ring back and see if you can arrange something.

Depends when you take it in, just after the weekend mine are really busy, halfway through the week is best (maybe Thursday).
