Quantock & Exmoor GPS Routes

Hi,
Does anyone have or know where best to get some great rides for a weekend in Exmoor/Quantocks. As myself and some mates are only there for a limited time (a long weekend at the end of Sept) we would love to know some great rides to make the most of the limited time we do have. I have ridden this area a bit but not in the last 11 years so naturally my memory on the routes is somewhat hazy! I have recently invested in a Garmin 205 and if anyone has any tracks in Memory Map that they wanted to share then I would love to hear from you with any comments or suggestions. Thanks folks! Likewise if anyone is planning a trip to the Isle of Wight and want some great trails I can share these.
