12 tooth cassette ring.

My chain keeps slipping while I on the 12 tooth cassette ring. The cassette is 11-32. Seem to have tryed everything anymore ideas?

Check that cog for bent or snapped teeth. Is it on the right way round?

It is the right way around it is hard to tell if a tooth is a little out because of the way teeth look these days, but I suspect it has got to be that. Can I buy a single gog I do not seem to see them for sale?0

you say the bike is more or less new. then take it back and get it sorted.
