    Hey I live in Burnley [:)]

    Unfortunately I don't know too many trails. We don't have a trail park but I have heard there is a good forest near Clitheroe although I haven't been. I usually just get on the Pennine Bridleway at Jack Bridge in Blackshawhead then come up through Widdop and over Gorple. There are some water barriers along the way which you can get some decent air from. I'm also doing the Cliviger loop in a couple of weeks which is organised by the countryside agency.     I did the Pennine Bridleway Challenge which is the Mary Towneley Loop but organised by Rossendale Harriers yesterday but that is pretty hardcore! Saying that I managed it (JUST!!) and I have only been riding for around 3 months. See link :

    Like I said I have not been cycling long plus I don't know any other mtbr's so my knowledge is limited. Anyway, hope I have given you some ideas.
