Anyone know of any decent camping grounds close to coed llandegla forest?

Dunno but you might want to try campsites in Llangollen as I know there are some there and it is pretty close to CL.

Llangollen is a nice town as well with decent pubs, shops restaurants etc.

When I went to Llandegla I couldn't find any camp sites at Llandegla so as juankerr suggested I went to Llangollen, I stayed at http://www.wernisaf.supanet.com/, it cost œ5 a head per night, good facilities, warm showers, no need to book and it was about 20 mins drive from Llandegla.
