Jesus that was hard.Weather was fantastic.Highlight for me was the fell and views above Rookhope.Some of the hills though,killers!

I know the feeling, did the whole thing with a fully laiden bike...and managed to ride up every hill....thank god for the granny gear!! lol
my left knee gave up 10 miles to the end..but spd's mean one legged cycling [:D] phew lol

No we finished in south shields.Me and my mate were stupidly out the night before the first day so a raging hangover made it the hardest biking ever.Also the pace we did it at was unreal.One of the lads is an ex marine and he just kept pushing and pushing! Hartside was hard especially as we took an off-road section and I had slicks on! A great experience though, everyone should do it just once

a one day thing?!!!! Only superman could do that in a day.No it was over 3 days and that was fine by me.50miles,40miles,50miles
