Pedal power!!
<font face="Comic Sans MS"></font id="Comic Sans MS"><font color="blue"></font id="blue">
I'm wondering which pedals to get. I've had power play detonators which were fine. One side flatty, the other clipless. Best of both worlds, or so I thought. I liked to be unclipped when doing scary decents. Can you get out of clipless quickly if your about to go arse over elbow??
Maybe it's just a condidence thing?

Shimano M424, they have a cage around the SPD mechanism, so you can unclip & still pedal normally.

Iv just gone to clip ins, bought the 545 shimano a bit dearer than the 424,but both do the same job.Easy adjustment so yes you can unclip really easy and the platform gives you a bit of added stability.Apparently they can clog with mud a bit quicker than certain other makes but i havent come across that problem yet.If the weather keeps up i should be able to comment on that soon.lol
