Props to CRC for working today. Put an order in yesterday and got the e-mail today saying that the order has been shipped. [^] So someone has been in working.

Yeah but alot of places don't open on a bank holiday and alot of people don't work. All the shops in the town center have been closed today as well as all my local shops. So it's good to see that CRC have been in working and taking orders. [8D]

They are not just a UK company, they are Europes largest online bike store you know [;)], so I would expect them to work bank holidays. We are the only country to have a bank holiday today.......I think.

You'll probably find CRC were shut last monday. It may be astonishing for some people, but some companies do still take local holidays.
I'm sure NI's holiday was last week, just the same as my work.

Oh well, the first delivery of mine from CRC using DHL has been lost.... strange, but as soon as I saw it was coming via DHL I knew I wasn't gonna recieve it.

DHL are attempting to locate the parcel between Belfast and Dartford, quite frankly I could have cycled that far in the 6 days it has taken not to arrive.

I too had an email saying my weekend CRC order had been posted on the 28th. Well it's the 30th today and still no delivery? I don't know if it's still somewhere with the Royal Mail so I guess I'll have to wait a little and contact CRC. [:(]

CRC may be working on BH but the couriers usually don't! So expect your parcels to be 1-2days late.

So far CRC have never let me down. I spend way too much with them.
They never argue about returns and always very helpful.
I'm waiting for my replacement e13 SRS Ltd ed white. btw e13 are only producing a ltd run of these. Although, e13 are producing other single run ltd colours.

I Made my first purchase from CRC 2 weeks ago, ordered sunday night, come wednesday, still hadnt had it, so logged on, got tracking number, checked on Royal Mail,

They had tried to deliver on tuesday morning, but as youd expect, the ****head postman hadnt put the slip through the door! So top marks to CRC, As for Royal Mail, ****in joke...
