Okay I have my old bmx and I want take the forks off, done everything else, just got the forks on. I can't get the forks off, I am pretty sure that they are thredded, but I am no expert, the top of the steerer where the stem clamps it has threads on it. The fork will not drop out, and it looks like something just above the headset is attatched to the fork, how can I remove the forks? I am stuck, help please, thanks.
