Axle

I can't get my axle to seat fully in to the fork leg, yet on the other side the axle is perfect, in that it's not sticking out and it's not to far in. Is it normal or can I solve it? The axle itself is tight and won't screw in further. Here's a pic I put the red line on to show where the gap is.

If its still tight in and donsn't cause any problems a can't see the porblem. I don't knwo if it should or not really.

Yeah it's tight and not causing a problem, just wondered if it will really. It screws fully in when the wheels out so I think that it's just the hub that's stopping it from screwing all the way in.
