Map case on handle bars

Hi just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what would be the best way to secure an A4/A5 size map case on the handle bars without it flapping about. I intend to have a GPS mounted along side it to for quick reference and backup.

If you got a GPS the map could go in your bag cause you would only need it if you get really stuck.

Thanks, but I prefer to have the map in front of me istead of a GPS, if anything I'd keep the GPS in my pack if I had to, the route is clearer to me when reading a map, as I can see the relief, key features along the route and whats coming etc. and I can navigate faster, much better than looking at the small, simplified gray scale screen.

You can buy mounts which hold them on. To be honest they're pretty hefti and may get in the way
