Saint vs XT calipers?

What's the difference?
I've heard that the piston in the saint is bigger, but I've also heard that they're not really.
Anyone ridden both and able to comment on how noticeable any difference is?

The thing that puzzles me about a bigger piston in the saint is that it'll mean less pad movement (since the levers are compatible). So there can't be much difference.
And, if there is, would I want a little bit more power, or more buckled-rotor-clearance... Probably the latter, since I'll be using hope rotors.

My understanding is they are the same too, just a different colour
Only my undersatnding though so that means nowt0 -
ok if the saint piston is bigger then yes you would get more power for less pad movement and also less pad return.
need to dig to dig deeper.

My understanding from the shimano manuals in my old shop was that they are identical however xt comes with 180/160 adaptors(or something like that) as standard rather than the saints 203mm adaptors.

this was in 05, not sure what the situation was, but when I checked all the parts were interchangeable

360 -> yeah, I'm sure I remember someone madison-related telling me that, too. But now that they do either in all sizes, I'm wondering whether there is a difference, or they just do them in two different colours to keep the i-like-a-whole-groupset people happy.
