STP UPGRADES

i have just got an 07 stp zero and the gears are utter corr blimey
i have a budget of about œ100 and i might as well upgrade to 9 speed
i would prefer to stick with sram.
is there anywhere i can buy bits in a bundle and save some cash
any help would be much appreciated.
