Single Pivot Servicing

The swingarm on my bike (IH Yakuza Aniki) has some play in it. I tightened the pivot bolt up, which solved the problem. Anyway considering removing the pivot bolt and cleaning/the bearings (cartridge, sealed)
So two questions, what torque should pivot bolts be at?
And, is there a point in stripping it down, or will it be fine since the bearings are sealed?

how old are the bearings? it might be worth replacing them, especially if there is any play in them. take the shock out and move the swing-arm up and down. if they feel smooth and there is no play then they are probably fine

however if there is no play in them but you want to service them anyway, just use a sharp blade to pop the seal off the bearings, clean them out and re-grease them.

new bearings on a single pivot will be around the 15 quid mark

the bikes only 6months old. As far as i can tell it only needed the pivot tightened to eliminate the play. May take them out tommorow anyway, give them a clean etc.
