quick bottom braket problems!

i have got a race tommorow and need my bike,just got back from a ride and the bottom braket is wurring.i have a shimano cartridge braket and lx hollowtech cranks,be quick!!!!!!!!!

like a contiues virbration through the crank arms with a quite noise

make sure everything is tight,clean and add some grease? just an idea!
