Just getting back in biking after a 15 year hiatus. My Orange Clockwork had rigid forks so I'm not up to speed on current suspension forks. I've picked up a Claude Butler bike, from a friend, with reasonable spec. (Mavix, LX/XTR, Ritchey). However, forks are RS Indy XC which feel spongy; had a quick browse of a few internet sites and I think they need to go.

I'll be riding general XC, nothing too hard to start with so I'm after a suitable fork. Don't want to spend any more than œ150 if possible. Oh, and no discs.

Many thanks,
Nick
