Y11 Carbon Frame / Front Mech

Bit new to this lark, I was given a Y11 by a friend then shortly after bought a Y3 frame for the bits, as I couldn't find a front mech which would fit the Y11, its a 34.9/top pull.
On the Y3 was an MC-18 Shimano FD this fits both frames fine, so I went looking for this (stupidly threw old one away) I found this on ebay but I can't see how it fits in TOP PULL configuration, have I been sold/sent the wrong item ie Bot Pull only???

I bought two thinking I could eventually sort the Y3 out for my brother....
Anyone Help me out...any info would be great
Cheers
Craig

You could just but an xt one, dual pull and multi band fitting. Simple
