Hi all,
Trying to fit my new front wheel (721 on Pro2, 20mm through axle) to a Maz Z1 FR ('05), and Avid Juicy7s.
Now, if you could take a peek at this pic (ignoring my foot [:o)])

You can see that there is a large gap between the adapter and the mounting holes on the fork.
Any ideas? What am I doing wrong? Or do I just make up that gap with a load of washers? The gap is roughly 7mm.
I didnt really have any problems with my old setup; standard QR wheels, Fox Van32 fork, and same brakes.
Oh, I have loosened the bolts which slide the caliper in and out, but they dont give enough movement.

Many thanks Nick [:)]
Have it fitted with 5mm of spacers (used a nut), all looking good.
But, should I get some longer bolts, as obviously less bolt is in the adapter now?

Yea. I'm pretty sure you can buy longer bolts which you can the cut down so there fit perfectly. If there is less of the bolt in the caliper, there is more pressure on fewer threads and i guess it can cause stress and possibly damage the threads it done up too tightly. Try and make sure that your bolt goes through the whole of the caliper mount.
