Right, so i've had the RB on order for a month now, and last week they told the shop that i'm getting it througfh that "the paint is drying", in RB terms, what does that mean on a powdercoated frame, how long should it take?

Getting worried as i go out to France in 3 weeks and it all still needs building up and as far is i know its still in chezkoslovakia (probs spelt wrong)

Its all about Les Gets 2007 and the new RB!!!

not getting it through project leeds, my lbs said they could get it in for me, unless it goes through project leeds first?

PL have the distribution agreement iirc. anyways it should be going out this week. delivery usually take 1 week to me i i would expect it next week.

check with the LBS if they ordered direct of via PL.

they ordered direct, and its gonna be cutting it a bit fine with France, getting really worried, i've been hearing next week for a couple of weeks now

and thats the problem with getting custom frames. and RB will not have put paint to metal untill they recived the money. from money to out the door is about 2 weeks. 6 weeks if they have to make the frame.

Once the BB, headtube etc have been faced it shouldnt take more than an hour really, assuming you know where everything goes [:)]

dont need facing. come faced. and headset fitted.

custom made not mass produced.

well, depends on what my lbs told em to do, i didnt mention it, not a problem though, spose theyre easy to come by, what do yours come fitted with?

is zero stack a very loose term, been looking around and there seems to be no standard as you've got integrated, semi-integrated and zero stack, very confused, just wanbt to know what i'd need to be looking at getting if it comes without, should have listened to you and asked for one to be fitted, buggar!!

it has cups but they are pressed in the frame and then the bearings sit in there.

integrated is bearings direct in frame. semi and zero should be the same.

the frame has the zero stack. i will see what they sent if i can.
