If you don't care enough about someone then you won't feel guilty. So, unless your both just together for the sex its a very bad idea staying with someone if your going to cheat. That said, if they find out you've been cheating on them, they'll just hate you and it'll be easier for them to get over you.

Why do girls always say this, it isn't comforting because it's a lie. You (sorry Kitty, not specific again, general) don't know him well, you don't know her, so you have no idea if he can do better (again no offense to fuc_pigeon, just being general).

Girls always come out with this autoresponse 'it's ok, you're better than her', when quite often it's bollox. I've had it, before, and without being too self demeaning, I replied along the lines of 'no, i couldn't do better, which is probably why she fucked off'

For what it's worth, my response to this topic:

1. If she cheats or would have cheated, then you should find someone else. Any relathionship with this person would be built on mistrust.

2. I actually support the idea of monogomy, I've been happily married for 23 years. Never strayed, or even been tempted, or even considered it, nor would I want it "if it was offered on a plate" to coin a phrase.

3. This Forum isn't the best place to get relationship advice.
