used properly, not for doing in windows?

Just curious. Over here in N Ireland you need a licence for any kind of firearm, unlike in england where you can own a sub 12ftlb air rifle licence free.

Gonna have to go through the licence stages I think, I have the application beside me now

We are literally infested with with rabbits here, dont own a gun but we have someone who comes round to shoot em.

My dad's got an air rifle, and my brother a CO2 pistol. Both do target shooting down the (longish) garden at cans and occasionally weighted or printed targets. Never any animals, though.

I've got an air rifle, mainly for target shooting. but if the opportunity to take out pests I'll be happy to crack some skulls.

I have a brand new scope sitting beside me right now. I use a rifle for plinking etc. Quite a few of my mates also have one, so we get together quite often.

I have an air rifle that I use for targets, but I discovered that you can shoot cotton buds with it which is useful for shooting mates without killing them, it just gives a nice little bruise

I have an old air rifle and an air pistol, both break barrel. I wouldnt mind a new one though, just for targets and the like. My dad has a few shotguns, his dads before him.

For a basic spring rifle, should be fine, But i wouldnt try it with anything expencive

Which is what both of mine are, the rifle is age old, cant remember how much it cost though. The pistol isnt too old but only cost œ35.

funny how i was biting an air rifle pellet just as i noticed this thread

anyway.. i have an air rifle but i dont tend to use it... parent (mum) moans too much and it aint worth the hassle really because there aint a lot of places to go really apart from the chase which wouldnt be a great idea

My Dad's got a few webley air rifles, and a webley hurricane.
Doesn't really use them but they are from when he used to work at webley and the one he was given by them when he finished his apprenticeship with them.

i used to do clay pigeon shooting. but it gets boring very quickly.
iv got a couple of air guns lying about somewhere but my pistol crossbow is much more fun. as is my bow.
