is this a good wheel setup?

hi, reasantly i put a crack in my halo sas 26" front wheel whilst my back wheel is crap. so ive deicided to convert to 24" but im wondering, is this a good wheel setup? dmr revolver wheels with halo choir boy tires. is this a good setup for jumping?

its a good budget wheelset but like with every thing the more you spend the better the kit will be
