Can someone make a playlist...

Full of stuff like Pendulum and Prodigy, but preferably incorporating some other artists that I don't have/haven't heard of?

I'm not particularly down with my D'n'B, and would love such a playlist put together. Incidentally, if someone could do two- a more "poppy" D'n'B type playlist (think Pendulum, Prodigy, etc) and then a more "grimey" sort of D'n'B, that'd be even better [:)]

I'm with Frank on this one, I know almost nothing about that lot, the D n B scene. I like what I've heard though.

I go to a FANTASTIC d'n'b night every Wednesday during term time, so I expect I will recognise a lot of tunes, but never have a clue what they are/who they're buy!!

Nah I didn't do it in the end, was too worried about ballsing it up for her- it turned about to be a rather important gig....!
Written the basis of a few songs though. Need to find me a female singer/writer to turn them into proper songs and to play them with! May well even goto Anna with them tbh.

I'm just not good enough at the moment

Everything I play seems to be in the adventurous key of C, and I'm really suffering from not having played enough. D'oh!

C is the best key, when you know what to do with it! I'm the same, chipping away at my music, got grades coming up, loads of gigs so I've decided not to play trombone at all for a while. (Except gigs) Picked up a guitar a few nights ago, giving that a bash now. I'd be interested in hearing the songs if you ever get them recorded.

Got to about 6 I think, can't remember if I actually DID 6 or not though. My teacher felt abit out of her depth when we got there though and suggested I found another. I was the first person she'd taken past/to 5! I admired her honesty and humility tbh.

Yeah sure Jamie, I have the basic chords progressions etc recorded, I'll send em across or something when I find em.

I'm about to take my grade 7 AB. Sucks though, its all classical which isn't bad but a good bit of jazz any day! I've got grade 8 planned for Xmas and diploma by this time next year though. That'd be cool Frank, be interested to hear it, even if it is just the basics.

EDIT: Frank, do you have any BoC that you could megaupload for me? I've only heard those on the playlist but liked it!

download WinRar (theres a free trial) and extract the .rar file into the folder of you're choice. Bingo

Basically .RaR files are archived files, used to get everything in one place and compress them (sometimes!!).
To use them, you need to get them out of their archived file, and into their own individual files.

Download winRaR (should be free, ignore all the registration messages). Once it's installed, open the .rar file, and select the folder. Then just click "extract" and put the folder in the location of your choosing. Bingo, just click the playlist and it should all be fine and dandy! Need any more help, hit me up on msn
