whats wrong with my forks?

I have a pair of 2002 rockshox judy TT's and they won't compress and when they finally do compress they won't decompress. If anyone could tell me what i'm ment to do with them i would be eternally gratefull.

IMO I wouldn't bother servicing them if theyre tt's just look around for some cheap new ones
