Hello all i have had my bike over a year now and i think its about time to give it a new lease of life.

I am thinkin of getting new forks and rear shock any 1 have any good ideas for this price range i have 700 quid for both? or any other parts i should upgrade on this bike has had some heavy use

Wow you have had it for over a year and it still looks brand new, do you ride offroad on it ?
Id say Change the brakes aswell. Hayes Sole discs are rubbish, i changed mine after about 2 weeks of having them as they drove me insane. I think the Fox Float RL rear shock would be nice aswell as maybe some Rockshox revelations on the front.___________________________________________________________

seconded, change the brakes and the forks, then id upgrade the drivetrain to about xt level or something.

Well, If your looking to see the best improvements i'd say new set of lightweight wheels(like a nice set of hope xc on mavic 717's, can come out at not to many pennys) and good forks.
Whats up with your rear shock? Maybe just get your exsisting one serviced.
Brakes are definatly high up there on the to do list.
