meh couldnt find acomodation in either of the two places that was nearly reasonable
halfway between saved a shedload and isnt that fair to drive to either chatel or morzine

Yeah, except the lifts up the SuperMorzine close at 4:30pm, as do the ones from Chatel. You get less riding done per day, and if you miss a last lift, you have a big long walk home.

so every morning your going to be loading your bikes in the car and driving to the lifts? Your going to be miles from any bars, supermarkets etc and its generally going to be a pain in the arse, all for saving about 25p?

saving a few hundred euros. There is a bar and shops 100 metres away from where we are staying

I'm getting a free chalet in the form of a friends house, which I guarantee is far better than all of yours. [:P] It's also right by the lift, and not stuck in no-mans land.
