Back To Hardtail, Yes or no.

I have an older bighit, only got it recently. I like the full-sus ride quality but am considering a hardtail again, an Orange MsIsle or Subzero is what i'm looking at. Buying frames + custom building of course.
I have only been riding for a year, and am into freeride and DH. Would i be better with hardtail?

You learn skills and technique faster and better on a hardtail, and it's less money maintenance wise. Up to you really.

if i'm going hardtail i want Orange MsIsle or the subzero. Would they suit around 160 mm travel at front?

The Sub Zero is designed for a fork between 140-180mm. The MII which afaik is the new version of the MsIsle is designed for a 100-130mm fork. http://www.orangebikes.co.uk for full spec.
