Frame size & advice

Hi
Im going to change my frame. I'v got it down to two frames I'v seen on ebay. An 05 Sepecialized hardrock disc sport (19in) or a Giant Terrago disc XL (23in). Which going to be best? Also I'm 6"4 tall and around 100kg. I use a 20 inch frame at the moment, but wonder if this is to small. If so, then the Giant might be one to go for?? Both these frames should be cheap. Any advice would be good.

What is your inside leg measurement?
19" would probably be too small but 23" would be too big. Try and find a a 21", and measure your inside leg and use a table on the internet.
