rebas shocks tuning

I have just bought a Specialised Rockhopper pro with a Reba shock. I heard that this is a really good shock. My problem is that I seem to feel that the front lifts very quickly going up ridges. I dont seem to be using much of the travel on the shock. I read the book and it tell sme that I should have approx 130-145 psi for my weight in the upper and lower chambers but I seem to have only around 80 psi in both and yet when I sit on the bike the shock does not hardly drop. On a ride I am only using around 40% max. Any ideas, Rich

Thanks, right so I have to turn the allen key anti clockwise on the right shock. What about the rebound adjuster at the bottom right any idea how much to turn it or is it trial and error. Rich0

just turn it to its slowest setting and then increase the rebound to personal preference.
