Hi Tom,
Thank you for sending us the link, we are always interested to hear what people think of our service, good or bad.
We are aware of the problems that have been raised and we know that we are not perfect. The vast majority of orders are processed perfectly and delivered within good time; however things do go wrong now and again. We take these problems very seriously and we are constantly working to improve our level of service. This means constant recruitment of new staff, new buildings, more stock and faster processes.
With respect to your brake mount comment, I would be interested to be able to look into that to see what has happened. I tried to search under your surname as in the email but found no orders matching that.
