is it possible to bend back bars! or am i just being stupid and dangerous. my reason for asking this is because I have no money and love riding.

Aluminium bars- No, the metal will have fatigued during the 1st bending, bending them back would weaken them even more, if not snap them.
Steel bars- maybe, Steel is more ductile than aluminium and will tolerate some bending before a failure.

they are alluminion and my non riding parents dont seen to understand. they wont let me buy new ones.

New teeth or new bars, which would be more expensive, ask them that.
Sounds like you need to earn some (more) cash.
You could get some bars quite cheap, Easton EA30's are only œ18 on CRC.
