HI im trying to get a workshop for bikes set up at school, and have a bit of dosh from them good old kids at the lottery, but i dont know where to buy decent quality tools from. can any1 help? ( i need workstands, wrenches and ratchets etc.)

parktools - expensive (much like a snap-on of the bike industry), but a must have for any decent workshop.

I wouldn't class Parktools as a neccesity.

Look at Cyclo tools.

Halfords do relatively good rachet spanner sets etc.

I use this philosophy when buying tools for my work.
If you are going to use them everyday ... spend money and buy quality.
But the tools you hardly ever use , but still need, buy em cheap.
