Hi, so i have decided to take the plunge and orderd this

Then i will ride and enjoy my cheap taiwain made bike just as i would have done, was just trying to get a general opinion on it and what i could do to improve it

Shouldn't have bought the 24" one, i can tell you that much!

Should have got a rhythm is you wanted 24" and suspension. Or a Transition and put some DJ3's on it.

its good, i like it, personally i would have gone for the 26" version myself. by the way orange bikes aren't made in taiwan, they are handmade in england, just to say.

So what could i change to improve the set up?

And i chose 24" because i rode a 26" not too long ago and really didnt like it.

Seriously, i would consider cancelling your order.

The bottom bracket it going to be real low, and the back end is going to be needlessly long. For that money, you could have gotten a 24seven V24 or DMR Rhythm, either will ride better than that.

Last time I checked anyway...

Haha, he spent œ675 on a rigid bike with wheels the wrong size for the frame!

Could have gotten a Tranny.

Cancel your order and try again. If you want to go 24", make sure you get a 24" specific frame, you'll regret it if you don't.

Have decided to cancel my order and take your advice and am now looking at the DMR rhythm, any views on this bike?
