1 X Industrial Sized Flapjack
1 X Gregg's Flake Fancy
1 X Caffe Latte
2 X Black Coffee
1 X Family sized bag of Wine Gums
1 X 500ml bottle of Lucazade Energy Drink
1 X 500ml bottle of Water

*For the purposes of this thread, Lunch is being defined as everything I've consumed since arriving at work.
