Replacment BB

Hi everyone, i'm looking to replace the BB that came with my hones and am looking at the Raceface FR/DH bb or the Acros Clockwork Orange one http://www.acros.de/acros_e/02_products ... ckworX.php
Any suggestions, and if anyone has upgraded to the raceface, does it come with a replacment nondrive side bb tension screw thingy (don't know the proper term i'm afraid)

acros are supossed to be very good, R/F are supossed to be not all that, with shimano sat in the middle.
