knackerd freewheel?

when i push my bike along the cranks still spin. Now i though that your freewheel was susposed to stop this? So does anybody know whats causing this to do this and if i need a new hub or just a new SS kit. ive got a dmr single speed kit and profile cranks at the moment if that makes any difference. no i dont think so, it moves up/down left/right probably 2cm each way

one like this? does it just screw in to the hub or is it an LBS job?

if that is the correct one for you hub, bearings out axel out allen key in and turn. then when nothing moves allen key in vice and then turn the wheel.
