QR20 implies the old 20mm QR system marz used to use, on some of their dj and FR forks such as the the 04 dj1, jnr t's and i think the z1's.

Mmm ok it could be 1 of 2 things.
1 the spinner for some reason required a Zero dish wheel so when moved to a "normal" fork the rim is not central.
2 the spokes on one side have come that lose the rim has moved over.
find a mate who has a 20mm wheel in a Marz fork and check that it is ok in your fork. if it is then get your wheel looked at.
