im looking to giro my front brake like on slopestyle bikes but have no idea where to find one and how much it would be

You don't need a giro, you need a hollow starnut. Static bikes produce one (which Chris Smith uses).

hydraulic or mechanical brakes?
really you have one of 2 options, a cheap one and an expensive one.
1) buy a hollowbmx starnut and route the cable/hose through the steerer tube, for around œ7
2)buy a gyro such as the trickstuff one which is around œ100
