Trek Bike, something simple?

Hi, I have a Trek 6000, which has a frequent squeaking noise. I took it to my local bike shop, they have setup the front disc and cleaned the rotor. But it still squeaks, only when I sit on the bike and ride. Doesnt matter if pedalling or not.
Only squeaks when riding, not when on stand. But still rubs while on stand so either something is flexing..or i dunno.
Now i have just looked to see if its something simple, now the discs are slightly and i mean VERY slightly rubbing, would this be the cause?
Also noticed on the actual edge of the rotor it is silver/chrome in some places and black in others...could that be brake just making it rub?
Brakes are avid juicys, hydrallics.

LOL asked me this b4. When i went to the biek shop said about what people has said but they seem to not say much and obviosuyl felt that would solve it by setting it the brake up.
I shop is very good so its not like they dont know what their doing, just want to get it solved. In duration how long would it take me to adjust them and tools needed?.0 -
