Wheel Bearings

Hi there,
I have XT Disc hubs and want to replace the bearings in them, they are the loose ball bearing type. Can you tell me what size they are so I can order some more. I would like to know the sizes for both front and rear.

the info is on park tools.

what about the cones? what are their surfaces like?

tbh it is easier to go to the LBS (or phone) and order a bearing kit in cones.
