Quick brake question?

So i messed my lever up and need a new one. I have a deore m535 brake. I i get this lever and take it to my lbs to fit will i need anything else bearing in mind i havn't taken the old lever off? Oh and i have my brakes set up the american style way so will that affect anything?

Does it take long for them to fit it?

FFS are you incabable of undoing a 2mm allen bolt and pushing out a pivot rod. then unscrewing the adjuster rod. then the rest in reverse?.
