Juicy 7 rubbing problem

Right my front brake is rubbing constantly. They have been on for about 1 year now with no adjustments made to them whatsoever. Pads have never been changed and doesnt look like they need to. But if the pads are running low would they rub?
The rotor is perfectly true, I've tried adjusting the pad contact thing on the brake lever with no luck. I've re-aligned them again too.
Do you think that the caliper needs re-bleeding?
Thanks

bleeding will do nothing. either sticky piston or just needs the caliper re-adjusting. Knocked it?

yeah it has had a few knocks here and there.
How would I fix the sticky piston problem?

what i would do. is remove wheel and pads. make sure you can put them back in the correct place (same as they came from) then give the area where the pistons enter that caliper a good clean. tooth brush and spray brake cleaner then push the moving homeand secure and then work the sticky one in and out with lever and clean screwdriver etc.... becarefull of the piston. if this does not work strip and service. please note when working the piston in and out more crud could be brought to light and should be "washed" away.
