Beginners trials bike...

..I didn't know weather to post it in here but I'm getting no sense from the Trials part of the forum so here I am.

This question may of been asked many of times but I'm new to the whole trials thing and want a cheap-ish bike..
Should I think of second hand (eBay) or New?
I do have œ130 which is not alot I know.
I'm 13 so nothing to big.
Rather have 20" wheels because its apparently easier to learn on.

Any link's or advice will be appreciated.[;)]
