Quality retailers ( or not so quality !)
WTF

After leaving biking for some years a return has prompted myself to buy some new gear for myself and my bike to keep up to speed.
Local bike shops used to ,and still do, give the best service for this mainly as you can see what you are buying you also get some advice and you get it there and then.
The internet has changed all this of course, I did say I had left it for a few years, and I have resorted to scouring Google for the right gear at the right price.
Now as I am a beginner again I have found that all retailers aren`t what they make themselves out to be hence my reason for posting this.
Several have turned out to give what could only be described as a third rate service with zero customer relations and others have been exemplary in their service but tbh I really couldn`t distinguish between who was good bad or indifferent.
So how about a quality retailers section to help others to make the right buying decisions wither it be a pair of socks or a top of the range bike.
Only the good get on as it avoids any intervention from lawyers etc. which will in turn make the poorer ones strive to achieve the same status.
